最新2025年德國簽證線上申請流程
德國在台協會宣布於2025年2月正式上線新的線上簽證申請系統 Auslandsportal線上簽證系統！（於2025年3月起全面啟用線上申請系統）
總是為了搶不到簽證申請時段苦惱？或是對於申請系統以及流程霧裡看花？最新德國線上簽證系統一次了解（所有規定文件及流程依德國在台協會公告為準）：
1.所需文件（適用於“單國德國長期簽證 — 於德國境內就讀高等學院簽證”，其他類型簽證所需文件依照德國在台協會公告為準）：
- 有效護照正本(須於最近十年內核發，持照人已於簽名處簽名, 至少須有兩頁以上空白頁面)
- 完整填寫好的申請表格 (表格，需以英文或德文填寫)，一份
- 護照個人基本資料頁影本，一份
- 兩張最新且符合生物特徵之證件照(須於三個月內拍攝)
- 非台灣籍：須檢附在台居留證(ARC)正本及影本一份
- 德國高等學院入學許可，一份
- 交換學生須額外 檢附：
目前就讀之台灣學校所核發的英文版在學證明，一份
目前就讀之台灣學校所核發的英文版成績單，一份
***此項不適用於交換學生***依據入學許可授課語言能力證明, 一份(德語能力證明：例如 DSH, Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF；英語能力證明：例如 , IELTS, TOEFL,TOEIC)
- 財力證明(需檢附第一年之財力證明。交換學生部份，請檢附總停留時間之財力證明)每月至少992歐元，一份
- 以簽證申請者為名開立之限制提領帳戶(Sperrkonto)，存款金額至少11904歐元(=12x992歐元)，或政府立案機構之獎學金證明 (例如 DAAD)
***此項不適用於交換學生***至目前為止之中學學歷證明/高等學院學歷證明/技職教育結業證明，及在特定狀況下，其他與德國學業相關之資格證明，正本及影本一份(若您已於高等學院就讀，但尚未取得學位，請檢附：英文版註冊證明及成績單)
- 德文或英文動機信，一份
- 請詳細闡述至德國求學原因及該學業對於日後職業未來之影響
- 適用於德國境內，且於入境日開始生效之英文或德文版保險證明，一份

（1)進入Auslandsportal線上簽證系統，選擇慣用語言（EN/ DE)，選擇申請類別（以下以類別“簽證”為例）
（2)進入簽證介面，選擇欲申請簽證類別 （以下以學生長期簽證為例）
(3)進入學生簽證介面，填寫居住國家，點擊線上申請
（4)創建個人檔案，並做個資授權
注意密碼格式需為：
- One lowercase letter
- One uppercase letter
- One number
- One special character (!”§$%&/=?.@#^*()_+-][{};’:|,<>`~ )
- No invalid special character
- At least 8 characters, 50 characters max.
（5) 註冊郵箱會收到系統信箱確認函，點擊確認電郵地址
(6) 再次登入系統
(7) 設定備用信箱，需與註冊帳號不同
(8) 於被備用郵箱收取驗證碼
（9) 進入申請系統，初次登入系統也會有系統導覽
（10) 填寫“Your Entry Form”
Entry Form 問題集主要作為background check（依據回答會有不同的問題）：
- Degree programme:
You would like to study in Germany. Have you already been admitted to a degree programme at a German university?
>有確定錄取學校並會就讀：Yes
>尚未錄取但是有預科或是語言學校確認：No, but I have confirmation of acceptance for a preparatory programme (preparatory college, preparatory language course).
>先來德國再開始找學校：No, I would like to travel to Germany to look for a university place there.
Do you have a degree from a German school abroad or a higher education entrance qualification or entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences obtained in Germany which qualifies you for higher education studies in Germany?
（是否擁有德國學位或在德國取得的高等教育入學資格）
>有德國高中或是大專院校學歷：Yes
>其他海外教育資格（可被德國政府承認之教育背景）：No, I have another qualification that qualifies me to study at a university in Germany or to attend a preparatory college.
Are you allowed to start studying straight away once you have been admitted? (是否可以直接開始就讀該學程？）
>可以：Yes
>有條件入學需完成：No, my admission is linked to a preparatory course that i have to complete before starting my studies.
What kind of degree programme is it? (學程類型）
>full-time program並可以直接入學：I have been admitted to a full-time degree programme and can start straight away.
>full-time program 基本可以直接入學，入學條件不包含預科或先修課：I have been admitted to a full-time degree programme and can basically start straight away. Admission is subject to a condition that is not a preparatory programme.
>part-time program並可以直接入學：I have been admitted to a part-time degree programme and can start straight away.
Is it a doctorate with the aim of obtaining a PhD?
是否為博士班學程？
- Language skills （語言證明等相關問題）
Do you have level B2 German language skills or higher and can you prove this with an ALTE, DSD or DSH language certificate?
是否具有德文B2或更進階之語言能力檢定證明？
>有：Yes
>學程僅需英語能力證明：No, I can prove the language skills requires for my degree programm by other means.
How will you provide proof of the required language skills for your degree programme? (如何證明學程所需之語言能力）
>欲就讀的大學已經確認過語言程度，並在錄取通知書上載明：My language skills were tested by the university. I can prove this with the letter of admission from the university.
>欲就讀的大學已經確認過語言程度，並給予相關的證明：My language skills were tested by the university. I can prove this with separate confirmation from the university.
> 擁有符合入學需求的語言檢定-> I can prove the required knowledge of the language of instruction by means of a language certificate.
>以上都沒有：I currently have no suitable proof of my language skills.
- Livelihood（在德國生活經濟來源，獎學金或是限制提領帳戶等問題）
Do you have a German or EU scholarship that covers all or part of your living expenses? (是否有德國或歐盟的全額獎學金確保求學期間經濟來源？）
>擁有全額獎學金：Yes, I can already cover my living expenses in full with the German or EU scholarship.
>擁有部分獎學金：Yes, I can partially cover my living expenses with the German or EU scholarship.
> 沒有獎學金，自費就讀：No, I can prove that I can support myself in other ways.
How will you secure your livelihood during your first year of study? (就學期間經濟來源）
>限制提領帳戶及其他金援：I will secure my livelihood entirely through a blocked account, a Declaration of Commitment, other funding programmes or similar support.
> 限制提領帳戶及學生打工(注意！此為已確認有學生工讀機會之選項，勾選後需要上傳工讀相關證明和工作合約)：I will secure my livelihood partly through a blocked account, a Declaration of Commitment, other funding programmes and additionally through employment.
>以上皆無：I do not have suitable proof of how I will fully secure my livelihood.
- Fees (學期費及學費相關問題）
Do you have to pay tuition fees for your studies in addition to the semester fees? (是否需要繳交除了學期費以外之學費？）
>額外學費列在錄取通知裡：Yes. The fee amounts are listed in the university’s letter of admission.
>學校另外提供需繳交學費之文件：Yes. I can prove the fee amounts with an additional document from the university.
> 沒有額外學費：No
- APS (僅限學生就讀於中國/越南/印度需提供）
- Legal Age (是否達法定申請年齡，否: 需要法定監護人同意）
＊＊此表單為滾動式表單，題目會依照上個問題之回覆而有些微不同＊＊
（11)填寫基本資料申請表（必填欄位可能依照Entry form回答而有所不同）
（12) 上傳系統要求文件 （依照Entry Form 的回答會有不同要求提供的文件）
(13) 點選送出預審申請
3.文件審查
每個申請都需要經過個別審查，德協有可能會依據個別情況要求提供其他文件或資料。審查過程所需時間依個別申請狀況而定（約4–6週）。
4.系統核發簽證預約時段＋在台協會面試提供所需資料
一旦所提供之文件及資料經審查無誤，申請人會收到由系統核發之簽證預約時段，申請人便可依照日期及時間，備妥系統所提醒之必備文件至德國在台協會繳交生物特徵資料（按壓指紋及護照照片）及繳費。
學生簽證申請處理費用：75歐元，申請人可於面試當下以台幣現金支付（注意！無論簽證申請結果為何，簽證費用無法被退還）。

5.等待簽證發放
依據個別申請約需2–3週工作日，簽證流程結束會收到德國在台協會的郵件通知。
